Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including operating planning and budget vs actuals analysis.
• Prepare financial review packages for executive management and the Board of Directors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to refine financial metrics and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis of vendor agreements to optimize cost and improve vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Strong financial modeling skills, preferably in tech or high-growth industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; experience with NetSuite and EPM tools is preferred.
