Amazon is seeking a Finance professional to help steward growth in the Cross Border Finance team. The role combines strategic insight with hands-on analysis to inform investment decisions and long-term financial planning for Amazon Cross Border.

You will partner with senior leaders, build projections, evaluate financial impact of initiatives, and enable data-driven choices across business and tech teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

We are looking for a strategic and operationally-minded leader to join our team, who is not afraid of ambiguity and challenges the status quo. This is a highly visible role within the finance team and requires a strong leader and open communicator. You will have a direct impact on our top and bottom line with the ability to deliver improvements for our teams. You will be part of a growing, fast paced, and fun team. You will have ownership for the implementation of your work and you will see direct business improvements based on the results of your work.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
