Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end headcount and capacity planning, including workforce forecasting, hiring plans, staffing requirements, resource allocation, and budget alignment in partnership with business and HR leaders.
• Drive productivity and efficiency management by defining performance metrics, monitoring trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to improve resource utilization and operational efficiency.
• Lead FP&A activities including financial forecasting, annual planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. Provide actionable insights to support business and investment decisions.
• Build and manage financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast financial outcomes, assess scenarios, and track key operating metrics.
• Partner with business and operations leaders to align financial and operating plans with strategic priorities and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
• Own goal-setting and performance management, translating business priorities into measurable financial and operating goals, tracking progress throughout the year, and providing insights to help leaders stay on track.
• Drive AI adoption across the finance function by building and deploying financial AI agents to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve decision quality.

The Autos Strategic Finance team partners closely with product, operations, and business leaders to shape the growth and direction of the Autos business. We act as embedded thought partners, combining financial rigor with strong business understanding to drive high quality decisions. Our culture is collaborative, fast paced, and grounded in ownership, where team members are expected to challenge assumptions and think long term. We focus on clarity, simplicity, and impact, prioritizing the metrics and insights that matter most. As the business scales, we play a key role in enabling disciplined growth, efficient resource allocation, and measurable value creation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
• 3+ years of experience in headcount planning, capacity planning, workforce management, or related operational planning preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience with data analysis and SQL
• Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
