The Senior Financial Analyst will deliver financial reporting and analysis to enhance decision-making for the Performance Flexibles Business Unit. This role is critical in driving management and performance reporting, analyzing key business drivers, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partner to the commercial team with customer reporting, sales rep performance, daily sales tracking, while also driving margin improvement through pricing and margin analysis.
  • Business partner to the operations team with cost reduction initiatives, production order variance analysis, margin trends, and P&L estimation and forecasting.
  • Model and present financial data to senior leadership, highlighting key business insights.
  • Identify and implement reporting and process improvements, including automation opportunities leveraging ERP environments in both SAP and B1.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement of financial reporting systems.
  • Assist in developing forecasts and the annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Actively engage in the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience driving process improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
