Databricks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the Sales Finance (Topline Analytics) team of the FP&A organization. You will own bookings and cash forecasting, collaborating with Sales Strategy & Operations and reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

This role offers high visibility to senior leadership across Finance and Sales. The role requires a strong foundation in finance, GAAP, and financial modeling, with experience in a fast-growth, software/SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking experience; familiarity with the software industry (SaaS) a plus.
• Experience in building financial models independently and preparing recommendations.
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience simplifying and scaling while supporting a fast-moving, high-growth business.
• Curiosity to learn and solve problems independently.
• Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Topline Analytics owns the company's view of the top line across consumption, bookings, billings, and cash. In this role, you will own key parts of the bookings and cash forecasts and work as an extension of Sales Strategy & Operations. The impact you will have:

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
