Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience with healthcare or multi-site operations preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling and pivots.
• Experience with ERP/financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating and capital budgets and recurring financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance, future results, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze large financial and operational datasets and translate findings into clear reports and presentations.
• Evaluate business-unit or location-level P&Ls and identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand financial drivers and support business decisions.
• Assist with annual audits and other accounting and finance initiatives.
• Respond to financial inquiries from internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Support performance analysis, budgeting, and modeling activities across multiple business units or locations.

Position Summary

The Sr. Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience within healthcare, medical services, multi-site operations, or a comparable environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial automation, Excel scripting, or AI-assisted financial analysis.
• Experience with provider, business-unit, or operational performance modeling.
• Experience extracting and validating data from ERP, financial, or operational systems.
