The Financial Planning & Analysis team provides the insights, reporting, and planning support that help guide business decisions across the organization. As a Financial Analyst, you'll support month-end close activities, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives for assigned business units. You'll work closely with Senior Analysts to coordinate planning cycles, maintain reporting and allocation processes, and prepare accurate financial information for leadership review. You'll also help create standardized templates, reports, and dashboards that make it easier to identify trends, explain variances, and support decision‑making. This is a collaborative role where strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while gaining visibility across the broader organization. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
