An established industry player is seeking a Sr. Manager of Finance to join their FP&A team. Databricks is looking for a Sr. Manager of Finance to join our FP&A team in our mission to help data teams solve the world's toughest problems. In this unique role, you will be the strategic finance partner to the R&D and pricing organizations, improving revenue planning, driving predictability, identifying efficiencies, and leading through the next phase of growth.
As a finance professional who has experienced hyper-growth, you will help the business to be successful and achieve their goals, grounded in financial reality and modeling and analysis. You will work independently, have deep experience in system and process improvements to achieve scale, and are comfortable distilling complex data into models and recommendations. Reporting to the Director of Product Finance, you will partner directly with product, pricing, infrastructure & finance leaders in Databricks to improve overall product revenue planning, unit economics and execute other core FP&A responsibilities.

Pay Range Transparency:
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 4 Pay Range: $152,000 — $233,000 USD.
