Job Description Summary

The Supply Chain Transformation Manager is responsible for collecting, analyzing, making recommendations and driving continuous improvement projects with Finance and Ops Leaders around the organization. This Finance Leader will lead a finance transformation program for Integrated Supply Chain alongside with ISC Lean and Transformation, implementing best in class processes and technologies to improve data visibility, drive efficiencies and enable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance OR OFLP Graduate with 5 + years of experience.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $139,200.00-$208,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
