Job description

As a **Sr Finance Manager** here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to play a critical part in Honeywell's strategic business transformation, specifically focusing on Corporate Fixed costs related to M&A and Spins. You will be responsible for conducting analysis on stranded costs, performing cost allocation analysis, separation analysis, and providing transition support. Your problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity will be crucial in managing multiple priorities effectively. You will report directly to our Sr Finance Director, and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Conduct analysis on stranded costs and develop strategies to minimize their impact on the business.

· Perform cost allocation analysis to identify and allocate costs accurately.

· Conduct separation analysis to ensure a smooth transition during M&A and Spins.

· Provide transition support to various business units and stakeholders.

· Work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve financial goals.

· Develop financial models and forecasts to facilitate decision-making processes.

· Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, mainly within financial planning & analysis with some familiarity with M&A / divestitures. Your extensive experience in these areas will be critical in understanding the complexities of corporate fixed costs related to M&A and Spins.

· Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling. Your ability to analyze data and develop accurate financial models will be essential in making informed decisions.

· Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint. Your proficiency in these tools will enable you to effectively analyze and present financial information.

· Strong communication and presentation skills. Your ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders will be crucial in driving our success.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting deadlines and achieving results.
