Sr Finance Analyst (IL Health Plan) - REMOTE

This position is part of the health plan finance team supporting the financial management of the IL health plan. The role involves assisting with the monthly close process, forecasting, budgeting, regulatory reporting, developing financial models, and responding to ad hoc reporting requests for leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Develop policies and procedures to support all finance activities.
• Build strong relationships with other teams and adapt to change.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
• Prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience: 3-4 Years

Preferred Education: MBA
