Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling, large data sets, sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Experience with an ERP and planning tool (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment).
• Experience or focus on AI-augmented productivity tools to optimize financial data analysis, modeling, or reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly forecasting process for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount modeling.
• Lead the annual budget cycle with bottoms-up plans and top-down targets.
• Deliver month-end variance analysis with drivers and risks/opportunities for leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models for business cases, scenario planning, and decisions.
• Partner with Accounting on close activities including accruals, reclasses, and reconciliations.
• Develop recurring management reporting and dashboards; improve automation and cycle time.
