Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize resource allocation. You will report to the Sr.

Finance Manager and operate from our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid schedule, with 90 days on site to start before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid pattern. The role focuses on forecasting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to improve Aero business performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in finance or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems.

You will report directly to our Sr. Finance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. External hires will begin with 90 days on site before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the Aero business unit by delivering accurate financial forecasts, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
