Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-level technical support and service to customers at the Plymouth, MN location, with an on-site work schedule. The role reports to the Field Service Manager and aims to ensure optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, while providing training to customers and junior technicians, contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job description

As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. Your expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our service operations.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our business by ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

The hourly range for this position is $29.47-$36.86. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
