Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to manage large-scale facility maintenance projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet company and jurisdictional standards.

The role handles field repairs via email, phone and MARS, aiming for timely, cost-effective outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review leases, exhibits and warranty timelines, delegating tasks appropriately and striving for continuous improvement in repair

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical or related trades
• Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to multitask
• Experience working with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Initiate, oversee, and execute large facility maintenance repairs in a cost effective and timely manner

• Provides cost per repair, defines scoped of works and repairs, responsible for all internal and external communication.
• Process the service request to determine responsibility of repair by review of leases, exhibits and warranty timelines within Lucernex/MARS in order to delegate to appropriate party.
• Interface with other departments, jurisdictions, contractors, and field operations to ensure that repairs and completed
• Continually search and propose more economical and efficient ways of handling repairs
• All other duties as assigned

As a Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling larger and more complex scale project. This role works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our stores are not only meeting O’Reilly standards but also all jurisdictional requirements. Repair requests will come through phone, email, and the Maintenance and Repair System (MARS).
