This role combines technical facilities knowledge with strong organizational skills to keep complex operations running smoothly and efficiently.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Oversee daily facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime* Manage work order systems and prioritize maintenance requests, coordinating response times and ensuring timely resolution of facilities issues* Supervise vendor relationships and service contracts, monitoring performance quality, managing schedules, and conducting regular vendor evaluations* Conduct facility inspections and walkthroughs to identify potential issues, ensure cleanliness standards, and verify maintenance completion* Coordinate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with equipment service requirements* Respond to emergency situations and after-hours issues, implementing contingency plans and mobilizing resources as needed* Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports, identifying trends and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency**Minimum Requirements:*** 7+ years of direct experience in facilities management with supervisory / leadership roles.* 3+ years of experience with automated facility maintenance management -CMMS system.* Experience must include managing a complex 24/7 operation, encompassing multiple trades and utilities with a diverse workforce.* Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation* Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with proven team management experience* Advanced knowledge of building systems and maintenance requirements* Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and ExcelThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
