Job Description

Job Summary

Assist in maintaining the physical plant and facilities, performing general and preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, building repairs, and general construction. Maintain records and assist in training team members.

Job Requirements
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or related experience: Preferred
  • Two years' industrial/commercial maintenance experience: Preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and age at least 21: Required
Essential Functions
  • Perform equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance following standard procedures and manufacturer instructions.
  • Conduct routine building repairs, furniture setup, and participate in renovations and new constructions.
  • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance and safety tests, report issues, and assist in training junior staff.
  • Keep records of maintenance activities and maintain tools and supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
