Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our growing Compensation team! You will be responsible for the analysis, implementation, and administration of Burlington’s executive compensation programs and related processes, including proxy, Board Reporting, and compensation recommendations for the executive population. Serve as a functional expert on executive compensation matters related to long-term incentive administration. This role also provides support on projects and program execution in partnership with the broader Total Rewards team.

A Day in the Life:

  • Analyze, support, and manage key executive compensation areas and materials, including analyses and materials for the annual proxy filing and Compensation Committee and Board of Director meetings.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market studies for the VP and above population.
  • Manage and support equity incentive administration, including granting and reporting of equity awards, vestings, taxation, and data accuracy of stock administration platform. Collaborate with third-party plan administrators for plan changes.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to provide equity analyses and compensation information, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the year-end Annual Compensation Planning Cycle for the long-term incentive eligible population.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing communication materials for the executive population, such as program brochures.

You’ll Come With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CCP or CEP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of compensation experience, including 2+ years with executive pay practices and equity compensation.
  • Experience developing and implementing compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with Restricted Stock, Stock Options, PRSUs, and ESPP.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
