Overall Summary

This role supports executives and senior leadership in planning, organization, and task execution, enabling focus on strategic company objectives.

Essential Functions
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leaders, anticipating needs and executing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist Management Committee or key Sub Committee engagements with the executive team through efficient interaction management and meeting preparation.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and process expense reports.
  • Prepare or coordinate internal and external communications, including correspondence and presentations with attention to design and layout.
  • Respond proactively to inquiries and manage ongoing business needs with high-quality support.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and committee members.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues, determining appropriate responses or referrals.
  • Coordinate high-visibility meetings requiring detailed planning and execution.
  • Attend executive staff meetings, keeping the team on track proactively.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information regularly.
  • Take ownership of projects and influence others to achieve results.
  • Support the company's risk management and data confidentiality efforts.
Minimum Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent, with 7+ years supporting executive leadership or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in presentation design and layout.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Background check and drug screening required.
Physical Requirements

Standard office environment; primarily sedentary work involving extensive computer use. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and communicate effectively.

Must perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation and Benefits

NYC salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Compensation depends on various factors including experience, skills, and market conditions.
