The Inclusive Experience and Technology (IXT) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the Vice President. This experienced EA will support the leader of this large, global organization as they deliver programs directly impacting millions of customers.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
  2. Manage multiple complex calendars.
  3. Plan and organize events of all sizes.
  4. Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  5. Help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

A day in the life
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
