Job summary

Peloton is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Accounting/Finance Team, based at our New York City headquarters. This full-time role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage executives’ calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses.

You will coordinate internal and external communications, prepare briefs, and support team events, with a competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in finance sector preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executives' calendars with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives; prepare briefs.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.
  • Organize meetings: book rooms, arrange catering, prepare agendas and materials.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite team events and activities.
  • Prepare expense reports, vendor invoices, and purchase requisitions; reconcile monthly expenses.
  • Anticipate communication/efficiency issues and address them proactively.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel with tight schedules and clear itineraries.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Manage the calendars of each executive with a high level of detail
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives and their teams and prepare daily and weekly schedule briefs
  • Communicate with internal team members and external partners on behalf of the executives
  • Organize meetings, including booking conference room space, ordering catering, organizing agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring the availability of attendees
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite team building events and activities
  • Prepare expense reports, vendor invoicing paperwork, and purchase requisitions, including monthly expense reconciliation and on-demand expense reports
  • Proactively anticipate and address communication and efficiency issues before they become problems
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements ensuring tight schedules and well-articulated itineraries
  • General office duties as needed
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in the finance industry is preferred, but not required
  • Highly organized and thoughtful with strong customer service skills
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be highly competent with a range of modern communication tools)
  • Experience with Google’s G Suite tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • BA/BS Preferred

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range: $91,250 USD - $107,950 USD
