RealtySouth is seeking an experienced Escrow Operations Manager to establish and streamline escrow processes, supervise a team, and ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timely closings in California.
You will coordinate with lenders, prepare HUD statements, review files for accuracy, and drive client satisfaction while developing new business opportunities.
Purpose of Job
Responsible for establishing, streamlining, and managing processes, procedures and programs related to escrow operations and support functions. Manage and lead a team who perform a wide range of duties related to escrow operations. Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups to ensure that compliance, policy and adherence, production goals, and timelines are met.

Qualifications
Education
Minimum of high school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience
Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
7 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer.
Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in using personal computers and related software.
Strong marketing and sales skills preferred.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently under deadline pressure, with the ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month.
High degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and possesses a strong aptitude for figures.
Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.)
The position requires approval from the Department of Corporations.
Wage: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
