Role Overview

As a senior equipment maintenance staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining one or more tool sets within the wafer fab, supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement programs to sustain fab-related equipment.
2. Collaborate with process engineering to develop equipment specifications for next-generation products and improve current equipment.
3. Work with OEMs in designing and developing new equipment, including authoring detailed OEM requirements specifications.
4. Create and maintain equipment documentation, work instructions, schematics, and troubleshooting flowcharts.
5. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting a wide range of wafer fab equipment, including film, lithography, plating, lap, and polish tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field plus 3 years of industry experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: high vacuum systems and sputtering, low vacuum and dry etch systems, photolithography, electroplating, CMP, wafer dicing, cleanroom facilities, di-water, CDA systems, nitrogen systems.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work overtime and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve maintenance issues.

Additional Information
