Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative in Michigan to serve as the front-line contact for customers seeking construction/industrial equipment rentals. You will understand needs, negotiate, and place orders while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years in equipment rental (or a 4-year degree plus 1 year). Strong communication and computer skills are essential, with bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or 4 year degree + 1 year equipment rental industry preferred.
• Bilingual may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals.

• Assist in dispatch logistics and delivery coordination.
• Provide strong administrative support and customer satisfaction.
• May train other team members.
