What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic as necessary
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts
- Responsible for workflow engineering including business process flow and organizational structure
- Facilitate performance improvement projects through data analysis and project chartering
- Examine and compile statistical data to assist in decision-making regarding products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Data Analysis & Project Management experience
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, and proofreading skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-4 years of experience in Data Analysis & Project Management
- Demonstrated experience with computer graphics presentations, flowcharts, and organizational charts
- Advanced user knowledge of desktop publishing software applications
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
