Hospitals require more than just cleaning — they need leaders who can motivate teams, ensure safety, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and infection control. We're seeking a confident, hands-on Sr. ES Tech who can do all this and more.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person on your shift, providing clear direction and positive energy to your team.

• Train and mentor new team members to help them excel.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet hospital-grade standards, are completed on time, and are thorough.

• Maintain safety, infection control, and overall cleanliness standards.

• Participate actively in cleaning duties when needed.

• Communicate respectfully and helpfully with staff, patients, and visitors.

• Handle cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and polishers proficiently.

• Read and follow safety instructions and labels on cleaning products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings.

• Experience with floor machines, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.

• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices for various surfaces.

• Natural leadership qualities and good communication skills (English proficiency required).

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

• If applicable, meet fleet safety requirements for driving roles.
