Hospitals require more than just cleaning — they need leaders who can motivate teams, ensure safety, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and infection control. We're seeking a confident, hands-on Sr. ES Tech who can do all this and more.
Be the point person on your shift, providing clear direction and positive energy to your team.
Train and mentor new team members to help them excel.
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet hospital-grade standards, are completed on time, and are thorough.
Maintain safety, infection control, and overall cleanliness standards.
Participate actively in cleaning duties when needed.
Communicate respectfully and helpfully with staff, patients, and visitors.
Handle cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and polishers proficiently.
Read and follow safety instructions and labels on cleaning products.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings.
Experience with floor machines, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices for various surfaces.
Natural leadership qualities and good communication skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
If applicable, meet fleet safety requirements for driving roles.
Experience leading or training a team.
