KOMAN Eco Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with an environmental engineering background to support our Department of Defense contracts at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.

Essential Functions

  • Oversees technical assignments, supervises, and reviews the work of professionals involved in environmental or engineering projects, providing field consultations as needed.
  • Directs complex projects integrating environmental or engineering techniques with other disciplines.
  • Develops engineering recommendations and advice, providing professional opinions during hazardous waste site assessment and remediation projects.
  • Supervises engineers and scientists supporting environmental projects.
  • Develops and refines engineering techniques to improve quality.
  • Performs research, design development, and other assignments per specifications.
  • Leads field investigations and sampling, developing technical approaches and project planning documents.
  • Responsible for technical and engineering aspects of major or complex projects.
  • Mentors technical staff and coordinates activities of technicians.
  • Leads teams to deliver successful projects, engaging internally and externally with clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Defines project objectives, manages scope, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • PE certification required.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving project needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel.
  • Professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in standard software, especially advanced Excel functions.
