Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead enterprise architecture planning, standards governance, and technology roadmaps across IT.

You will partner with business, Digital, Service Delivery, OEM/HQ, and vendor stakeholders to guide architecture decisions, support integration strategy, manage technology standards, and promote scalable, secure, and business‑aligned solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture or technology strategy.
  • Experience creating architecture standards, governance, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and modernization.
  • Experience with architecture governance, lifecycle planning, and technical debt management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, digital platforms, AI/ML, cloud technologies preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Enterprise architecture, cloud, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align business and technology priorities, integration strategies, and future‑state architectures.
  • Maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, including system landscapes, service catalogs, and architecture repositories.
  • Manage architecture tools, standards inventories, and technology lifecycle reporting.
  • Assess technology risks, technical debt, and lifecycle issues, providing recommendations for remediation.
  • Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes, architecture reviews, and governance activities.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards through design reviews, architecture decisions, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide architecture leadership across enterprise initiatives, ensuring solutions align with approved standards, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support successful architecture execution and delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Enterprise Architecture Manager leads enterprise architecture planning, standards governance, architecture review, and technology roadmap alignment across HCA IT. This role partners with business, Digital, Service Delivery, OEM/HQ, and vendor stakeholders to guide architecture decisions, support integration strategy, manage technology standards, and promote scalable, secure, and business‑aligned solutions.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy.
  • Experience developing architecture standards, governance frameworks, roadmaps, reference architectures, and integration strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, microservices, distributed systems, and application modernization.
  • Experience with architecture governance, technology lifecycle planning, application rationalization, and technical debt management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, digital platforms, AI/ML, cloud technologies, or emerging technologies preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Enterprise architecture, cloud, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
