**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Backend-Focused Midlevel Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with experience in full stack development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions.
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques.
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
- Build features such as web services and queries on existing tables.
- Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
**Education Qualification For roles outside USA:**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

**Technical Expertise:**
- Experience with back-end technologies such as JAVA Spring Boot.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and AngularJS.
- Experience with database tools (JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, Spring Data).
- Comfortable in building features such as web services and queries on existing tables.
- Aware of methods and practices such as Lean/Agile/XP, etc.
- Prior work experience in an agile environment or introductory training on Lean/Agile.
- Aware of and able to apply continuous integration (CI).
- General understanding of the impacts of technology choices on the software development life cycle.

- Ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
- Understanding of the technology landscape, current technology trends, and new technology, bringing new ideas to the team.

**Additional Information for US Candidates:**
The base pay range is $93,000-$155,000 USD, influenced by experience, education, and skills. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or commission. The posting closes on May 30th, 2025.
