Job Description Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Backend-Focused Midlevel Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with experience in full stack development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions aligned with shared platforms.
2. Apply SDLC principles and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation, refactoring, and Testing Techniques.
3. Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the selected technology.
4. Build features such as web services and queries on existing tables.
5. Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.

Education Qualifications (outside USA):

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience, OR Associate’s degree with at least 5 years, OR High School Diploma with at least 7 years.
• Military experience is considered equivalent to professional experience.

Eligibility Requirement: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. No sponsorship for visas.

Desired Characteristics

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with JAVA Spring Boot, Vue.js, AngularJS.
• Experience with database tools like JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, Spring Data.
• Familiarity with web services, queries, Lean/Agile, CI, and software development lifecycle impacts.

Business Acumen:

• Ability to analyze problems, estimate development time, stay updated on tech trends, and understand project value.
