Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a technically focused Sr. Engineering Manager to join our team in St. Louis. You will provide engineering leadership, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects across local, statewide, and national clients.

You’ll mentor staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relations, and establish budgets and schedules while working with the Transportation Group and leadership to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program.
• 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience
• Licensed Illinois Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experience working on and with IDOT, County, and Local Agency projects
• Proven leadership skills with engineering staff
• Proven leadership skills with engineering staff
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects
• Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
• Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.
