Job summary

Top Echelon LLC, a privately-owned medical device manufacturer in East Tennessee, is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of high-tech electromechanical systems for medical applications.

The role requires a BSEE or MSEE and 10+ years of engineering management experience in the medical device industry. You will oversee development, testing, safety compliance, and production, while mentoring talent and shaping product design

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE or MSEE degrees in engineering.
• 10+ years engineering management experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience with high-power RF amplifiers and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
