The Sr Software Engineer collaborates with a team of engineers to develop, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves architecture and design of applications leveraging virtualization, microservices, SDN, NFV, and Big Data technologies.

This position focuses on delivering initiatives for T-Mobile for Business (TfB) using Salesforce CRM, including integration with other applications and developing enhancements for B2B customers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop Salesforce solutions, conduct tests, and prepare reports, occasionally supervising junior engineers.
  2. Understand system protocols, data flows, and current technologies; independently develop full software stacks.
  3. Present project improvements to management and stay informed on industry standards.
  4. Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  5. Mentor and develop team members through workshops and knowledge sharing.
  6. Innovate by designing and implementing new ideas to improve systems and services.
  7. Engage in independent research and problem-solving for complex tasks.
Knowledge/Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Software Engineer.
  • Expertise in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Industry CPQ.
  • Experience with Heroku, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications in Salesforce development are preferred.

Additional Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $113,600 to $205,000, with a 15% bonus target. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more.
