The Technical Lead (Salesforce) is a senior individual contributor responsible for technical execution quality and engineering enablement for Sonexus Salesforce solutions, with primary focus on ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud. This role provides deep technical leadership, Salesforce architecture awareness, and bridges engineering teams with business and delivery stakeholders by translating business intent into sound Salesforce designs and implementation decisions.
The Technical Lead owns technical standards, code/configuration quality, design integrity, and technical risk mitigation, partnering closely with Solution Owners, Product, and cross‑functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are built and operated reliably through disciplined SDLC practices.
The Technical Lead is in place to ensure how we build is consistent, secure, scalable, and reliable—reducing technical ambiguity, improving engineering execution, and minimizing rework and production risk through disciplined technical leadership and enablement.
Within Sonexus, Software Engineering plays a critical role in enabling Patient Access and Support Services through reliable technology platforms that support patient journeys, program operations, and client engagements.
Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $176, 300
