Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC
Responsible for connecting many parts of the business to drive the execution of manufacturing, which includes collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and TD. Fluent in the weekly wafer starts and outs business processes. Able to analyze and provide direction by applying Line Management and Inventory control concepts. Collaborate across site planning and engineering teams to optimize inventory control mechanisms. Able to identify and define the intersection of HVM and TD inventory requirements. Work with TD and HVM stakeholders to track and integrate cycle time objectives. Collaborate with the supply chain and Central SIC team to continually improve supply/demand commitment. Analyze line performance and provide line direction to enable weekly wafer-out commitments. Monitor inventory projects to ensure results and time frames are met. Identify and track key inventory performance indicators (KPIs) for the fab. Participate in the WW inventory forums and deploy BKMs to the Boise HVM fab. Own and maintain site Inventory Metrics, Business processes, and Reports. Capable of communicating inventory levels and trends to management and key stakeholders. Develop and implement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Position requires 10% domestic and international travel.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
