Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines across Windows and Linux environments. You will automate release channels, manage builds and deployments, and align development with IT operations to enable fast, reliable software delivery.

The role requires strong DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (CS/CE/IT).
• Certifications in DevOps tools (CKA, Terraform) are a plus.
• Strong practical experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration of the build infrastructure (Windows and Linux).
• Improve reliability and performance of test and build processes.
• Design and maintain automated release channels.
• Automate installation and upkeep of build tools and dependencies.
• Review and recommend solutions to improve the software development process.
• Own the release process from development through QA to production.
• Manage pre/post release code merges and code branching strategies.
• Build the bridge between Engineering (dev & QA) and IT Operations.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate deployment; monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues; apply infrastructure as code best practices.
