Job summary

Genpact is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain web and enterprise applications while deploying Generative AI features. You will build and consume REST APIs, write clean code, and collaborate in an agile environment on automation and AI initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on experience with Python/Java, AI solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Hybrid work model and U.S. location preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to software application development or Generative AI solutions through internships, projects, hackathons, or coursework.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and problem-solving techniques.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

50,000 to 62,500 USD
