A leading motorcycle manufacturer in Pennsylvania is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing to drive innovation in product development and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing and PLM systems. Responsibilities include leading projects, implementing virtual manufacturing tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance manufacturing processes. Competitive salary range of $90,700 - $140,800 offered.
The Sr. Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing, will play a pivotal role in driving innovation across product development and manufacturing by integrating advanced manufacturing strategies with digital and PLM technologies. This role collaborates cross-functionally to influence design for assembly, develop integrated manufacturing systems, and lead digital manufacturing initiatives, including virtual builds, digital twins, and PLM integration. The position supports the Life Cycle Plan (LCP) from concept to production, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
