AlloSource, a leading life sciences organization headquartered in Centennial, CO, seeks a Senior Engineer to provide technical support across Operations, R&D, Quality, Facilities and Customer Business Development. The role requires effective stakeholder communication to ensure input is captured and status understood.

Location: 6278 S Troy Circle, Centennial, CO 80111; Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office. Salary range is $83,282 to $97,645 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Engineer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCad/Inventor, Minitab or other specialized software.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Executes Engineering department projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Supports operation equipment/processes, including documentation and validation.
• Performs root cause analysis and corrective action validation.
• Develops product development stage-gate deliverables for production transfer.
• Analyzes manufacturing metrics with Quality and Operations.
• Adheres to safety, policy, and confidentiality requirements.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

The Senior Engineer provides technical support to the Operations, R&D, Quality, Facilities and Customer Business Development departments.

The Senior Engineer duties include the communication with all stakeholders to ensure adequate input is achieved and status understood.

Anticipated Application Deadline: September 17, 2026

Pay: $83,282/yr. - $97,645/yr. based upon relevant experience

Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Hybrid Schedule with 3 days per week in the office, including Tuesday)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes Engineering department projects, supports cross-functional projects and tactical business initiatives.
• Supports existing operation equipment/processes/systems on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to process/product engineering, documentation, equipment validation/verification, specification creation and resolution of production processing issues
• Performs structured and documented problem-solving activities including root cause analysis, corrective action identification and validation of action effectiveness.
• Provides controlled work area processing expertise in support of operational process improvements and product development work activity.
• Develops and executes product development stage-gate deliverables to ensure effective transfer of products into production.
• Gathers and analyzes manufacturing metrics and works closely with Quality and Operations departments to define and validate appropriate process changes.
• Consistent adherence with company policy, safety guidelines, quality practices, standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Reviews work to ensure errors do not result in serious injury to a graft recipient, injury to an AlloSource technician, regulatory non-compliance, excess expense to the company.
• Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
• May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned .

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Engineer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCad/Inventor, Minitab or other specialized software
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)

Preferred Experience:

• Structured/formal problem-solving methodologies (A5, 5 Whys, 8D, etc.).
• A background in an FDA regulated products/processes (tissue banking, medical device or pharmaceutical) or other regulated environment.
• Involvement in a formal product development process (“stage-gate”) either managing the process or creating/executing stage deliverables
