About the Role
The Sr. Engagement Manager will be an expert in Workday Deployment Methodology, leading mid to large deployments, resolving complex issues creatively, and providing strategic insights to management. Responsibilities include leading multiple projects, demonstrating expertise in Workday modules like HCM, Payroll, and Financials, supporting sales cycles, mentoring team members, ensuring proper project planning and staffing, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget.
