Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a seasoned intelligence professional in McLean, VA, to analyze future technologies and their military implications for defense capabilities and critical infrastructure. You will develop assessments on technology discovery and deployment and support national security threat evaluations with DCIP-related insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Master's degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s with an additional 5 years of senior experience (total 17 years) as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and assesses future technology and its military application(s) by foreign states and non-states.
• Produces assessments projecting discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their impact on Defense Critical Infrastructure and U.S. nuclear weapons worldwide.
• Supports production of the National Security Threat Capabilities Assessment and threat assessments for the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP).

Description

• Analyzes and assesses future technology and its military application(s) by foreign states and non-states.
• Produces assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and the potential impact to Defense Critical Infrastructure and U.S. nuclear weapons worldwide.
• Produces intelligence supporting the production of the National Security Threat Capabilities Assessment, and threat assessments / global baseline assessments for the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP).

Desired Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Desired Education

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
