While physical security is a component of this role, the primary focus is on life-safety systems, emergency management, disaster preparedness, and crisis response. You will act as the driving force behind our site-level incident readiness, ensuring the safety of our personnel, facilities, and sensitive diagnostic materials while managing individual contributors and external managed service providers. You will serve as the Deputy Site Security Officer (to the Senior Security Manager). Interacting frequently with senior executive leadership, this position requires exceptional emotional intelligence, political acumen, and a solutions-based mindset to translate complex safety protocols into actionable business resilience strategies. You must be a self-starter who thrives with limited supervision, capable of effectively diagnosing short- to mid-term security needs and shaping large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
This role is not eligible for relocation benefits.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $86,500 - $161,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
