Qualifications

• Experience bringing designs from concept through testing and implementation.

• Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing

Job Title: Sr. Electronics Design Engineer

Base Salary: $120,000 to $135,000 per year

Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of electronic hardware design experience, specifically in circuit design.

Position Summary Our client's Space & Defense, Power & Data team supports the U.S. military and is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to help design and develop electronic hardware solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.

Responsibilities

• Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing
• Support technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviews
• Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements
• Develop engineering test requirements and unit, subsystem, and system level test plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systems
• Experience designing electronic hardware products and bringing designs from concept through testing and implementation
