Advanced Energy is seeking a Sr Electronic Engineer to lead applied research, design, development and documentation on multiple projects. You will analyze concepts, create simulations and drive verification with senior professionals inside AE.
Responsibilities include power conversion design, packaging, PCB layout, and collaboration with mechanical/thermal teams to optimize performance and cost. A strong background in SMPS and cooling is essential.

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Sr Electronic Engineer that will perform engineering work in applied research, design, development, and documentation on multiple key projects. Uses research techniques to analyze and validate design or theory concepts. Interacts with senior level professionals both internal and external to AE.

5+ years relevant work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 per year.
