Sr Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager (Healthcare Projects) - Hybrid

This role involves delivering Design/Build and Renovation Projects in healthcare, hospitals, and medical facilities. The candidate must have experience managing multiple projects across all phases, including planning, design, production, quality control, and financial management. The position offers technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members, ensuring quality and schedule adherence while maintaining profitability. Other projects may include commercial, education, government, and transportation sectors. Multiple positions are available across various locations, from Project Engineer to Engineering Group Leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and managing electrical/MEP projects in consulting or design/build environments
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in designing power and lighting systems for complex projects
• Experience delivering healthcare, hospital, and medical facility projects; experience in other sectors is a plus
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with construction costs, life cycle analysis, and managing moderate to complex projects
• Ability to schedule and manage electrical tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions
• Ability to represent the electrical discipline in meetings and mentor junior staff
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards
• Strong technical leadership and management skills
