Sr Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager (Healthcare Projects) - Hybrid

This role involves leading electrical engineering projects within the healthcare sector, including hospitals and medical facilities. The candidate will manage multiple projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction and completion, providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Responsibilities include ensuring project quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance. Additional responsibilities may involve projects in commercial, education, government, and transportation sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and managing electrical/MEP projects in an engineering consulting or design/build environment
• Proven experience with electrical power and lighting systems on complex projects
• Experience delivering healthcare, hospital, and medical facility projects; experience in commercial, education, government, or transportation projects is a plus
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects, including cost and lifecycle analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards
• Ability to mentor junior staff
