X-Bow Systems is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead circuit design for safety-critical aerospace applications. Remote-first role with potential travel to labs and customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the field, a strong background in high voltage pulsed power, PCB layout, and MCU/FPGA integration, and familiarity with MIL-STD standards. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams is essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years directly applicable industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proficiency in circuit design, high voltage pulsed power, PCB layout, and microcontroller/FPGA integration.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1901a and MIL-STD-1316 standards.
• Familiarity with the DoD munitions safety process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with simulation and design software (Altium, MATLAB) is a plus.

Job Summary: X-Bow Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in circuit design for safety-critical applications, high voltage pulsed power systems, PCB layout, microcontroller/FPGA integration, and testing. This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and proven ability to work independently and drive projects from conception to completion

Location Requirements:

Preferrable work locations considered: Huntsville, AL; Salt Lake City, UT; Austin, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Denver, CO. This job can be worked remotely with the appropriate work ethic and discipline. Additional travel may be required if remote.
