We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design of advanced digital hardware for communication products like software-defined radios and data links, deployed across various platforms. This role is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

What YOU Will Do:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop hardware designs meeting system specifications.
• Lead circuit card design activities, including requirements capture, schematic capture, and layout review.
• Design, verify, and troubleshoot digital hardware using principles involving FPGA, processors, DDR memory, and interfaces like Ethernet and UART.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality hardware products that meet deadlines and customer needs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Experience with digital electronics, FPGA, processors, high-speed transceivers, DDR, and schematic capture tools.

• Experience with signal integrity, testing, and design verification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and EVMS.
