Job summary

Henpen Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the Electrical Engineering team within New Product Development. You will own the technology direction for analog, digital and embedded circuits, set tool strategy, and drive design decisions to meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a small, tight team with strong cross-functional interfaces to ME, SW, operations and customers.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering required.
• Detailed component level analog/digital circuit design.
• Some knowledge of Embedded technology.

Responsibilities

• Designs analog, digital and microprocessor based circuits that conform to customer supplied specifications.
• Performs the evaluation and selection of components and sources.
• Prepares customer or/and regulatory requested documents such as reliability analysis, FMEA, safety analysis, qualification plans and reports.
• Update legacy designs to new technologies as well as new product development.
• Customer interaction is expected.

Senior Electrical Engineer - Be THE technical leader of the Electrical Engineering team within the New Product Development group that designs, develops, and validates new products.

Will OWN and be LEADER in Electrical/Electronic technologies – set direction for tools, etc.
