Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Sr. Electrical Design Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6–10 electrical, firmware and packaging engineers. You will guide technical direction, manage programs, and collaborate across engineering groups to deliver robust control systems.

The role requires a BS in Electrical, Firmware or Computer Engineering, 5+ years in design or management of ECU/HV assemblies, and 3 years leading projects; DoD clearance is required, with travel up to 5%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Firmware or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience designing and/or managing ECU development or high voltage motor controllers.
• 3 years of leading technical projects or initiatives.

You will report to the Staff Design Engineering Manager with your own team of approximately 6-10 direct reports. The Senior Manager will also contribute as a key technical member of the design team.
